Permissions We Use

The App requests the following device permissions:

• Camera: Used to scan QR codes for accessing shared projects. We do not capture, store, or transmit photos or videos from your camera.
• Internet: Required to communicate with our servers, load project media, and authenticate your account.
• Storage (Read/Write): Used to cache media files locally for faster loading and to allow you to save shared content.
• Vibration: Used for haptic feedback on certain user interactions.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity and provide access to shared projects.
• To display photos and videos that your contractor has shared with you.
• To save your album selections and photo ratings.
• To improve app performance and fix issues.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Cloudflare Workers and D1 database infrastructure. Media files are stored in Cloudflare R2 storage. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission.

Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication with OTP verification. We do not store your passwords.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication: For phone number verification and user authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare: For hosting, data storage, and content delivery. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Project-related data (album selections, ratings) is retained for the duration of the project. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

LensviraConnect is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Your Rights
